I’m just tickled pink with Avalon even though right after finishing it I asked myself how smart my choice of an alpaca and silk blend was for this little top. Turns out, it’s a great layering piece. I wear it under a jacket in spring and fall when the weather can’t be trusted and it looks adorable over a long-sleeve layering tee. To make it a summer sweater, I plan to do a hemp or linen version.
Avalon is written for 6 sizes with finished bust measurements of 30¾ (33¼, 35¾, 38¼, 40½, 43)”. It’s intended to fit very close to the body with a negative ease between 1″ – 2″. That means if your bust is somewhere between 32″ – 45″ you should find a size to fit you.
